About Us

When police, fire, and medical teams arrive at a traumatic scene, their priority is saving lives and securing safety.

But who’s there for the families, the witnesses, the people left in shock and grief?

That’s where ACT steps in.

Available 24/7 across Yavapai County, Arizona, our trained volunteer advocates respond immediately to scenes of crisis: suicides, sudden deaths, serious accidents, fires, assaults, and more. While first responders focus on the emergency, ACT volunteers focus on the people, offering emotional first aid, practical support, and a calm, compassionate presence.

Because trauma doesn’t end when the sirens fade.
